MOVE-IN INSTRUCTIONS
- For your scheduled move-in time, please refer to the Exhibitor Kit email that has been sent to you.
- All Exhibitors are required to check-in at the Admissions Counter in the lobby of Hall 3 to pick up Exhibitor Badges prior to commencing set-up. Badges will also be available for your staff throughout the weekend.
- All booths requiring the use of dollies must be set up by Thursday at 7pm. The aisle carpet will be placed on Thursday evening after 7pm, therefore dollies and carts will not be permitted on the carpet past this time. You may only bring in hand carried items on Friday prior to the show opening.
- Minors (15 and under, including infants) are NOT PERMITTED on the Show floor during Move-in and Move-out.
- Move-in is through loading doors #87, #88, #89 and drive in Door #86 (with prior permission from management for display vehicles in booths only) and man-door entrances 3 & 4 for hand-carried items only. NO inventory or displays are to be moved in or out of the glass doors at the Hall 3 main entrance. NO vehicles are permitted to drive into the building without prior permission from show management.
- PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS! UNLOAD, QUICKLY MOVE YOUR VEHICLE FROM THE LOADING DOORS AND PARK IN THE PARKING LOT BEFORE RESUMING SETUP INDOORS SO EVERYONE CAN GET IN AND SET UP.

- No exhibitor shall dismantle or remove any part of their display during the Show’s operating hours and the exhibit space will remain fully intact until closing 5:00 PM on the last day of the show.
- Move-out begins after removal of aisle carpet and continues until 10 p.m. All exhibitors must wait until carpet aisles have been removed before bringing dollies to their booths. Please keep aisles free of materials in order to ensure a speedy move-out.
- Any materials remaining on-site after the cut-off time will be removed by management at the exhibitor’s expense.

EXHIBITOR BADGES
All exhibitors are required to check in and pick up their Exhibitor Badges at the Admissions Counters in the Lobby of Hall 3 prior to commencing set up. Exhibitor badges will be available for exhibitors and their staff throughout the weekend. Exhibitors must, for identification purposes, wear badges at ALL times while at the International Centre grounds, in order to gain access into the Show and for security purposes. Throughout the show opening hours, an Exhibitor counter will be set up in the Lobby of Hall 3 near admissions where Exhibitor Badges can be picked up. A maximum number of 6 Exhibitor Badges will be available per 5x10 and 10x10 exhibitor booth.

Exhibitors must carry or obtain General Liability insurance of minimum $2,000,0000 naming Ell'Events Inc. (39 Mojave Cres. Richmond Hill, ON. L4S 1R4) and T.I.C.C. Ltd (6900 Airport Rd, Mississauga, On, L4V 1E8) as the additionally insured. The insurance must be in effect during the period commencing on the move-in date and terminating on the move-out date. A copy of the certificate must be received prior to Move-in.
If you don't have existing insurance and require insurance for the event, affordable rates are available through PAL Insurance Brokers Canada Ltd.

The exhibitor will assume all responsibility for the loss or damage to his/her property due to fire, theft, water damage, acts of nature or any other cause. AAWS Management and the Facility are not responsible for any products and/or services sold or offered by the exhibitors or the actions and/or alleged actions of the Exhibitors and/or their employees.
